Terms of Service
Last updated 17 October 2026
Please read these terms before you order. They explain what you can expect from us and what we expect from you. If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms affects your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
1. Who we are
Zoib ("Zone Of Internet Business") is a trading name of Web Designer Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 15002899. Our registered office is 119a Flat 2 Uxbridge Road, London W7 3ST, United Kingdom.
In these terms, "Zoib", "we", "us" and "our" mean Web Designer Limited. "You" means the person or business ordering from us.
You can contact us by email at info@georgemorina.com, through a support ticket in our client area at https://my.zoib.com, or by post at our registered office. Our website is https://zoib.com.
2. Who we sell to
We only sell to customers based in the United Kingdom. You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. If you order on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have authority to bind that business to these terms.
Some parts of these terms apply differently depending on whether you are a consumer (an individual acting mainly outside your trade, business, craft or profession) or a business customer. We say so where this matters.
3. Our services
- Web hosting: Starter, Business and Pro plans.
- Website plans: Website Essentials and Website Business, which combine a website built by us with hosting, for a monthly fee and a 12-month minimum term.
- Custom Website Build: a one-off website project, priced by quotation.
- Lead Page Rental: the rental of a lead generation website owned by Zoib, for a monthly fee and a 3-month minimum term.
The details of each plan, including its features and limits, are shown on our order pages at the time you order. Our hosting is provided using servers operated by our upstream provider, Krystal Hosting Ltd, in a London data centre.
4. Orders and your contract with us
When you place an order through our client area, you are making an offer to buy. A contract between you and us is formed when we accept your order by sending you an order confirmation email. We may decline an order, for example if we cannot verify your details, if the order appears fraudulent, or if a lead page is no longer available in your niche and area. If we decline an order, we will refund anything you have paid.
Please check your order before you submit it. If you spot a mistake, contact us as soon as possible.
5. Prices
Web Designer Limited is not registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged on our prices. The price you pay is the price shown.
| Service | Price | Minimum term |
|---|---|---|
| Hosting: Starter | £6 per month or £60 per year | None (billing period) |
| Hosting: Business | £10 per month or £100 per year | None (billing period) |
| Hosting: Pro | £16 per month or £160 per year | None (billing period) |
| Website Essentials | £39 per month | 12 months |
| Website Business | £69 per month | 12 months |
| Custom Website Build | From £995, one-off (quoted per project) | Not applicable |
| Lead Page Rental | £99 or £199 per month, as shown for the page | 3 months |
If we become VAT-registered in future, we will tell you in advance and explain how this affects your prices. We may change our prices for future billing periods by giving you at least 30 days' notice by email. If you do not agree to a price change, you may cancel before it takes effect. A price change will not apply to a billing period you have already paid for. During a minimum term, the monthly price will not increase.
If we make an obvious pricing error, we will contact you before your order is accepted, or as soon as we notice, and you may cancel for a full refund.
6. Payment, billing and automatic renewal
We accept payment through PayPal, including debit and credit card payments processed by PayPal. We do not see or store your full card details.
Your first payment is due when you order. Monthly and yearly services renew automatically at the end of each billing period for the same length, at the current price, until you or we cancel. We will email you an invoice 14 days before each renewal date. If you have set up a PayPal subscription or agreement, the payment may be collected automatically on the due date. Otherwise, please pay the invoice by its due date through the client area.
To stop a service renewing, submit a cancellation request in the client area or email us before the renewal date (see section 9 and our Refund & Cancellation Policy).
For a Custom Website Build, a 50% deposit is due before work starts, and the balance is due before launch. Any other payment stages will be set out in your quote.
7. Late payment and suspension
If an invoice is not paid by its due date, we will send you reminders. If it is still unpaid 7 days after the due date, we may suspend the service until payment is received. If it remains unpaid 30 days after the due date, we may end the service and delete its data. Please see section 12 on backups.
We may also suspend a service immediately, without notice, where we reasonably need to: for example, to deal with a security threat, to protect our systems or other customers, because of a serious breach of our Acceptable Use Policy, or because the law or a court requires it. Where it is safe and lawful to do so, we will tell you why and what you need to do.
For business customers, we reserve the right to claim interest and compensation on late payments under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
8. Minimum terms
- Website Essentials and Website Business have a minimum term of 12 months from the date your service starts.
- Lead Page Rental has a minimum term of 3 months from the date your rental starts.
- Hosting plans have no minimum term beyond the billing period you choose (one month or one year).
After the minimum term, website plans and lead page rentals continue month by month until cancelled. You can cancel at any time with effect from the end of the current paid month.
If you end a website plan or lead page rental during its minimum term (other than within your 14-day cooling-off period, or because of our fault), the monthly fees for the rest of the minimum term remain payable. We will deduct any costs we save because the service ends early. This does not apply if you end the contract because we have broken it.
9. Cancellation and your 14-day cooling-off right
If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel your contract within 14 days of the day it is formed (the day we confirm your order), without giving a reason.
- We will not start providing services during the 14-day period unless you expressly ask us to. When you order, you can ask us to start straight away, for example to set up your hosting immediately.
- If you ask us to start within the 14 days and then cancel within the 14 days, you will need to pay for the services provided up to the time you tell us you are cancelling, in proportion to the full contract. We will refund the rest.
- If, at your express request, we have fully performed a service within the 14 days and you acknowledged that you would lose your right to cancel once the service was complete, you will no longer have the right to cancel that service.
To cancel, tell us clearly, for example by email to info@georgemorina.com or through a support ticket. You may use the model cancellation form in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, but you do not have to. We will refund you within 14 days of being told you are cancelling, using the same payment method you used.
Business customers do not have a statutory cooling-off right.
Our Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how cancellation works for each service after the cooling-off period.
10. Our responsibilities to you
We will provide our services with reasonable care and skill, as described at the time you order. If you are a consumer and we do not, you are entitled to ask us to put it right or, if we cannot do this within a reasonable time or without significant inconvenience to you, to a price reduction, which may be a full refund.
11. Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate contact and billing details and keep them up to date.
- Keep your client area, cPanel and other passwords secure. You are responsible for activity under your logins.
- Follow our Acceptable Use Policy.
- Make sure you have the rights to any content (text, images, logos, software) you upload or give us to use, and that your website complies with the law, including privacy and consumer law that applies to your own business.
- Keep your own domain names registered and renewed, unless we have agreed in writing to manage them for you.
12. Backups
Our upstream provider, Krystal, takes daily offsite backups of hosting accounts. Backups are provided as a safety net on a reasonable-efforts basis. We cannot guarantee that every backup will be complete or restorable. You should keep your own up-to-date copies of your website and data. When a service is cancelled or terminated, its data is deleted, and backups are kept by the hosting provider for up to 30 days and then deleted, subject to the provider's retention. After that they may not be recoverable.
13. Availability and uptime
We aim to keep services available at all times, but we rely on our upstream provider and on networks we do not control. We do not offer an uptime guarantee or service credits beyond what our upstream provider provides to us. Services may sometimes be unavailable because of maintenance, faults, attacks or events outside our control. We will do our best to restore service quickly and, where possible, give notice of planned maintenance.
14. Website ownership (Website Essentials and Website Business)
- You keep ownership of the content you provide to us, such as your text, photographs and logos.
- The website we build for you under a Website Essentials or Website Business plan remains owned by Zoib during the minimum term. Once the 12-month minimum term has ended and all fees due have been paid, the website transfers to you, and on request we will provide a copy of the website files and content so you can move it elsewhere.
- Third-party items used in your website (such as themes, plugins, fonts or stock images) are subject to their own licences. We will transfer these only where their licences allow; some may need to be bought or renewed by you.
- If the plan ends before the minimum term has finished or while fees are unpaid, the website remains owned by Zoib and we may take it offline. Your own content will be returned to you on request.
15. Custom Website Builds
The scope, price, timetable and any revisions for a Custom Website Build are set out in your quote. A 50% deposit is due before work starts, and the balance is due before launch. Ownership of the finished website transfers to you once the full price has been paid. Third-party items are subject to their own licences, as described above. Hosting for a custom build is a separate service unless your quote says otherwise.
16. Lead Page Rental
- Lead pages are websites owned by Zoib. When you rent one, you receive the right to have enquiries from that page directed to your business for the rental period. Zoib keeps ownership of the website, its domain name, design, content, search rankings and phone or form routing at all times. Nothing transfers to you.
- We rent each lead page to one business per niche and area at a time.
- We do not guarantee any particular number or quality of enquiries, rankings or sales, because these depend on factors outside our control.
- You are responsible for how you handle enquiries you receive, including complying with data protection law when you contact the people who make them.
- When the rental ends, enquiries will no longer be sent to you, and we may rent the page to another business.
17. Personal data on your website
Where we host or manage a website for you, you are responsible, as controller, for any personal data collected through your website (for example, contact form submissions). We process that data only on your instructions to provide our services, keep it confidential and secure, and use appropriate subprocessors (including Krystal). For how we handle your own personal data as our customer, please see our Privacy Policy.
18. Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot legally be limited or excluded, including your rights as a consumer.
If you are a consumer, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable. Because our services are intended for business use, we are not liable to consumers for loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption or loss of business opportunity.
If you are a business customer, we are not liable for any loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill or anticipated savings, loss or corruption of data, or any indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability to you arising from or in connection with a contract is limited to the total fees you paid to us under that contract in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
19. Events outside our control
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as failures of our upstream providers, power or network outages, cyber attacks, or severe weather. If such an event affects your service for a long period, you may cancel and receive a refund for any period paid for but not provided.
20. Ending the contract
You can end a service as described in section 9 and our Refund & Cancellation Policy. We may end a service by giving you at least 30 days' notice by email, and we will refund any period you have paid for but not received. We may end a service immediately if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms or our Acceptable Use Policy, or fail to pay as described in section 7.
21. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes in the law or our services. We will give you at least 30 days' notice by email of any change that affects you significantly. If you do not agree, you may cancel before the change takes effect, without paying any early termination charge for the change.
22. Complaints
If you are unhappy with our service, please email info@georgemorina.com or open a support ticket. We will acknowledge your complaint and aim to resolve it as quickly as possible.
23. Other important terms
- You may not transfer your rights under these terms to anyone else without our written agreement.
- If a court finds part of these terms invalid, the rest will continue to apply.
- If we do not enforce our rights immediately, we can still enforce them later.
- Nobody other than you and us has any right to enforce these terms.
24. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Disputes may be brought in the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer living in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts, and the mandatory consumer protection laws of your part of the UK will apply.
