Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how to cancel and when you can get a refund. It forms part of our Terms of Service. Zoib is a trading name of Web Designer Limited (company number 15002899). We are not VAT-registered, so all refunds are of prices that include no VAT.
1. Your 14-day cooling-off right (consumers)
If you are a consumer, you can cancel any order within 14 days of the day we confirm it, without giving a reason.
- If we have not started providing the service, you get a full refund.
- If you asked us to start within the 14 days (for example, to set up your hosting straight away or to begin designing your website), you pay for the service provided up to the time you tell us you are cancelling, in proportion to the full contract. We refund the rest.
- If, at your express request, we have fully completed a service within the 14 days, and you acknowledged when ordering that you would then lose your right to cancel, you cannot cancel that service.
We will refund you within 14 days of being told you are cancelling, to the same payment method you used (usually PayPal or your card through PayPal).
Business customers do not have a statutory cooling-off right, but please talk to us. We will always try to be fair.
2. How to cancel
You can cancel in any of these ways:
- log in to my.zoib.com, open the service and choose Request Cancellation;
- email info@georgemorina.com; or
- write to us at Web Designer Limited, 119a Flat 2 Uxbridge Road, London W7 3ST.
Please tell us your name, your account email and which service you want to cancel. You may use the model form below, but you do not have to.
3. After the cooling-off period

| Hosting, monthly (Starter, Business, Pro) | Cancel at any time. The service stops at the end of the month you have paid for. No refund for part months. |
| Hosting, yearly | Cancel at any time to stop renewal. The service runs to the end of the paid year. After the 14-day cooling-off period, there is no part refund for unused months. |
| Website Essentials / Website Business | 12-month minimum term. After that, cancel at any time with effect from the end of the paid month. If you end it early, the fees for the rest of the minimum term remain payable, less any costs we save. |
| Custom Website Build | A 50% deposit is due before work starts, and the balance before launch. You may cancel the project at any time. You pay for the work completed up to cancellation, and we refund any amount paid beyond that. You own the site once it is paid in full. |
| Lead Page Rental | 3-month minimum term. After that, cancel at any time with effect from the end of the paid month. If you end it early, the fees for the rest of the minimum term remain payable, less any costs we save. |
None of this applies if you are ending the contract because we have broken it. In that case your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or general contract law apply.
4. If something goes wrong
If a service is not provided with reasonable care and skill, or not as described, tell us and we will put it right. If we cannot do so within a reasonable time, you may be entitled to a price reduction or refund. This is in addition to your legal rights.
5. When we cancel
If we end a service for reasons other than your breach of our terms or non-payment, we will refund any period you have paid for but not received. If we suspend or end a service because of a serious breach of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy, or for non-payment, no refund is due for the remaining period, except where the law requires one.
6. Chargebacks
If you have a problem with a payment, please contact us first so we can sort it out quickly. Opening a payment dispute may cause the related service to be suspended while it is resolved.
