Last updated 17 October 2026
This policy applies to every service provided by Zoib, a trading name of Web Designer Limited. It forms part of our Terms of Service. Our upstream hosting provider, Krystal Hosting Ltd, also has usage rules that apply to hosting on its servers.
You must not use our services to:
- break any UK law, or help anyone else to do so;
- host, send or link to child sexual abuse material. We will report this to the police and other relevant authorities;
- distribute malware or viruses, or carry out phishing, fraud or scams;
- send spam or unsolicited bulk email, or send marketing that breaks PECR;
- infringe copyright, trade marks or other intellectual property rights;
- hack, scan or attack other systems or networks, or try to get round our security or another customer's security;
- publish content that is defamatory, threatening, harassing, or that incites hatred or violence;
- sell or promote illegal goods or services;
- run open proxies, cryptocurrency mining or other processes that place an unreasonable load on shared servers;
- use more than the resources included in your plan in a way that affects other customers.
Security
Keep your software (for example, WordPress, themes and plugins) up to date and use strong, unique passwords. You are responsible for anything done using your account.
What we may do
If we reasonably believe this policy has been broken, we may remove content, limit or suspend the service, or end it, depending on how serious the breach is. Where appropriate, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem. We may also report illegal activity to the authorities. To report abuse, email info@georgemorina.com.
