Do I need to add VAT to your prices?
No. Web Designer Limited is not VAT-registered, so the price you see is the price you pay. There is no VAT to add.
Who can order from Zoib?
We work with customers based in the United Kingdom only, and you must be 18 or over to order.
Where is my website hosted?
On fast UK servers in a London data centre, with NVMe storage, free SSL certificates and daily offsite backups.
How do I pay?
You order and pay in our client area at my.zoib.com, by PayPal or by debit or credit card.
Is there a set-up fee for website plans?
No. Website Essentials and Website Business have no set-up fee. They have a 12-month minimum term, then run month to month.
Can I pay for hosting yearly?
Yes. Every hosting plan can be paid monthly or yearly, and paying yearly gives you 2 months free.
How does lead page rental work?
You rent a lead page that Zoib has built for your trade and area, and the enquiries it brings in go to you. We only rent each page to one business per niche and area, so you are not sharing leads with competitors. There is a 3-month minimum.
Can you guarantee a number of leads?
No. Enquiries depend on demand in your trade and area and on other factors outside our control, so we can't promise any number of enquiries, rankings or sales.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Monthly hosting can be cancelled at any time and stops at the end of the paid month. Website plans and lead pages can be cancelled after their minimum term. Consumers also have a 14-day cooling-off right. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Who owns a custom-built website?
You do, once it has been paid in full. A Custom Website Build needs a 50% deposit before work starts and the balance before launch.
